How To Store Your Greens for the Week



These are tips I learned from Alton Brown and this method works great!. 
Wash thoroughly and remove from ribs. Dry, dry, dry in your salad spinner.  







Lay out on paper towels to remove any remaining liquid









Roll each days worth of greens in it's                                
           own paper towel.                                                                                  
                                                                                          
                     Store three rolls in a gallon baggie
                                and store in refrigerator.
                   This will keep your greens crisp     
                   and resh for the week.
